Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Because our 4000W electric vehicles are high-performance, oversized machinery, they require a specialized freight delivery process. Please review our shipping timelines, delivery requirements, and terms before placing your order.
1. Free Shipping & No Hidden Fees (DDP)
- All-Inclusive Pricing: All orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. The price you pay at checkout covers everything. This includes ocean freight, domestic trucking, customs clearance handling, and import tariffs.
- Zero Arrival Fees: You will never be asked to pay customs fees, import taxes, or delivery surcharges upon arrival.
2. Shipping Timelines & Tracking
- Ocean Freight Transit: To offer secure, duty-free delivery on oversized vehicles, all shipments travel via ocean freight.
- Delivery Window: Total delivery time is estimated between 45 to 60 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Tracking Updates: You will receive a tracking number when your order leaves the facility. Please note that tracking details will not update dynamically while the vessel is crossing the ocean. Full tracking updates will resume once the shipment clears customs in your country and is handed over to the local domestic carrier.
- No Transit Cancellations: Once your vehicle has left the manufacturing facility and is in transit, the order cannot be canceled, recalled, or refunded.
3. The Local Delivery Process
- Delivery Appointment: Once the vehicle arrives at your local domestic freight terminal, the carrier will call you using the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a convenient delivery day and time window. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery.
- Curbside Drop-off: Deliveries are standard curbside freight. The driver will use a liftgate to lower the crate safely to the curb at the end of your driveway. Drivers are not permitted to bring the crate up steep driveways, into garages, or inside your home.
- Missed Appointments: Please ensure you are available for your chosen time slot. If a delivery fails because you cannot be reached or miss the appointment, any standard local redelivery fees charged by the domestic trucking company will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Crate Inspection Instructions
Our vehicles are securely bolted inside a heavy-duty iron-framed crate with a cardboard outer shell to protect them during ocean transit.
- Inspect Before Signing: Before signing the driver’s delivery receipt (Bill of Lading), you must visually inspect the outside of the crate.
- Documenting Damage: If you notice severe punctures, crushed framing, or open tears, you must write "DAMAGED" on the driver’s receipt before signing. Take clear, high-resolution photos of the crate immediately.
- Impact of Clean Signing: Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage legally waives the shipping carrier's liability, making it impossible for us to file an insurance claim on your behalf for parts damaged in transit.
5. Assembly & Packaging Disposal
- Assembly Required: Vehicles arrive roughly 80% assembled to protect moving parts during transit. The customer is entirely responsible for uncrating the vehicle and performing final assembly. This typically includes mounting the wheels, handlebars, front/rear suspension shocks, and connecting the battery. Basic mechanical knowledge and standard tools are required.
- Packaging Disposal: The customer is solely responsible for dismantling and disposing of the protective iron crate, wooden pallet, and cardboard packaging materials. We do not offer disposal or unboxing services.
